About Me

Short version:

Experienced coach. Lots of training and credentials. Warm, supportive, and easy to talk to. Grandma to two wise children.

Long version:

After working with my husband for 20 years to grow our small retail store into a large, multi-location business (Gary’s Wine & Marketplace), I decided it was time to pursue my own passion, empowering people to live the lives of their dreams. Initially drawn to coaching to work with women undergoing infertility treatments (due to my personal experience), I loved my coach training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) so much that I joined the company as a partner in 2007.

In my role as Senior Vice President of Program Development, I helped develop many of iPEC’s programs including Life & Leadership Potentials Training, a three-day experiential workshop in which participants learn to live to their potential, the Law of Being, a self-study personal development program, and COR.E Dynamics, a system for enhancing personal performance and potential. At iPEC, I also helped develop iPEC's assessments (the ELI and SCOPE) and worked on research related to our methodology.

I left my position at iPEC in 2019. My plan was to slow down a bit, then expand my coaching business, but the universe had other plans. Since “retiring,” Gary and I opened a new store in Napa Valley, one of our favorite places in the world. I spent several months in Chicago after my grandson was born in November 2019, supporting the new family during their fourth trimester. When everything shut down in March due to COVID-19, our son and his girlfriend (now wife) joined me and Gary in NJ, and a couple of months later, our daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and their dog came to live with us. A blessing to be able to spend time with our family, but definitely not the retirement I’d envisioned!

After closing our Napa store in 2023, the time to relaunch my business finally arrived (well, with a little detour for a couple of months to welcome grandbaby #2 to the world).

So, that brings us to now ... with exciting things in the pipeline ... the creation of oracle decks (that have long been in my mind) and a new group coaching offering catered toward supporting women as they navigate the transition to being a grandmother.
