Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment & One Hour Debrief Session
All of my clients start out by taking this 20-minute online assessment. We'll then meet for an hour to discuss the results. Learn how you perceive the world when you're under stress and when you're not (let's face it, you're probably under a lot of stress right now!). By understanding your reaction to stress, you can choose how you'd prefer to respond so that you can be happier, calmer, and more effective in all aspects of your life. The ELI and debrief can be done as a standalone session, or as part of one-on-one or group coaching.
One-on-One Coaching Sessions
After we look at the results of your Energy Leadership Index assessment, we'll work together to see why you're showing up the way you are and devise a plan to help you show up as you’d prefer. Some clients want to work on relationships, some on careers, some on creating or defining values and purpose. Whatever it is that you want to work on, the work we do together—based on a program called COR.E Transitions Dynamics—will help you to achieve your goal.
Meet with a small group to learn, to share, and to support each other. A mix of education and coaching, this group work goes through the COR.E Transitions Dynamics program, a systematic approach to reducing stress while navigating transitions in your life. Your sessions will include weekly assignments, deep discussions, and being coached in a safe, confidential group setting (currently available only as a virtual offering).
